These are our Amish Country Quality Wooden Gliders. Each one is individually handcrafted. They are made of select-grade, pressure treated, southern yellow pine. The wood is hand selected for appearance and structural strength. They will last a long time with very little maintenance. The corners are rounded to give them smooth clean lines.
As illustrated above: The wooden gliders come in many different design styles and sizes. Generally, our gliders come in a 2 foot wide ( A Chair Sized) Glider or a 4' , 5' or 6 foot wide models. They come all ready pre-assembled and are ready to accept your paint or stain. We use stainless steal screws in each of our gliders. They are specially designed with 16-ball bearings and are assembled under tension, thus making a very rigid suspension system.
We have the Double Lawn Gliders too. They feature a single chair width seat, that face each other, with an attached foot rest flooring, that is suspended from an independent frame. You may have your choice of a Lattice or Cedar Roof.
